Within our terms and conditions, it is important to detail the following:
- Terms and Conditions.
- All financial data provided will not be given to third parties. We keep total privacy.
- To be able to leave a reservation as Guaranteed, it must be prepaid, according to the time agreed upon via email.
- Our main payment method is using the link that appears in the corresponding section, which is linked to the National Bank of my country.
- If you wish to use the paypal method, please take into account all the taxes that this site charges in your account, each time a transaction is made. They must be covered, such as the additional $ 11 that is added when spending money from paypal to our official bank.
- If we had to make a refund through paypal, remember they charge taxes on this transaction too, which will be deducted from your money; Arenal Vacations will not assume said additional.
- Reservations for Hotels and tours, must be verified in advance, since there may not be space. When you send us an email with information about what you want to do in Costa Rica, it does not mean that everything is reserved. You must wait for our response, which will be quickly.
- It is important to take into account that the rates that indicate FROM, do not cost exact or only that, FROM represents the lowest figure, in relation to all the different prices of each product.
Cancellation Policies -Devolution- Modifications
- If you wish to cancel a reservation, you must send it in writing to the email address that appears on our website. [email protected]
- The policies that other companies have in relation to their products will be taken into account, we refer to Hotels and Tours … since each one has its own internal agreements. Arenal Vacations will be subject to them, more if necessary; we will intervene in your favor.
- In relation to transportation reservations, you have 24 hours to cancel without penalty.
- In case of REFUNDS, it will be managed directly with our representative Bank and the policies already specified in your purchase will be applied, by mail.
- If you want to MODIFY a service that you have already paid, count on our support. If it is a tour or hotel, we will try to intervene for you and to solve it in the best way.
- When you have generated a payment transaction, a notification will arrive immediately to our e-mail and within a margin of no more than 24 hours or before, one of our travel agents will contact you in the same way to guarantee your purchase and payment.
- If you book Packages or several of our services, we promise to send you an e-mail, an excellent itinerary with all the details.
